Customer Service Representative (Technical Sales) - Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
The Customer Success Engineer will interface will all other groups in the company (sales, engineering, and operations) in order to solve customer issues. The CSE is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team and software engineering team as the key technical adviser and product advocate for our customers. The CSE must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, and must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle - For more information about this position please view our job posting.
