SportsSignup online registration account holders can “opt-out” from receiving e-mail communications from your organization. When the “Do Not Email” box is checked on the Edit Account page, all e-mail addresses affiliated with the account will no longer receive group e-mails. Both system administrators and account owners can select this option.
Note: The account holder can still use their e-mail to login to their account. They will continue to receive transactional e-mails, that is, online registration receipts, requests for account passwords, etc. Click on graphic to see a screenshot.
