League Toolbox LLCSportsSignup is proud to annouce our acquisition of LeagueToolbox LLC, combining our two innovative industry leaders into one dynamic, full-service company for sports leagues across North America.

Chad Theriault, president of LeagueToolbox, will become chief marketing officer of SportsSignup, and will be responsible for the company’s product strategy and overall marketing efforts.

“Chad and the LeagueToolbox team have created an amazing suite of products, which is evidenced by their rapid growth over the past three years,” says Anthony Bruno, CEO of SportsSignup. “Our ultimate vision has been to become the most trusted ‘all-in-one’ sports management solution available, where each component, whether it be online registration, web content management, tournament management, scheduling, coach/volunteer background screening, or integrated e-commerce, represents the absolute best product in its class. This deal is a giant step toward fulfilling that vision.”

SportsSignup will retain all LeagueToolbox employees, creating an even stronger team.

The acquisition will give SportsSignup our first international office, just outside Toronto.

Our company’s expanded scope of services will now include website content management with integrated team websites, automated scheduling, standings, player statistics, tournament management including playoff bracketing, and iPhone and Android mobile apps. This is all in addition to our existing online registration, coach/volunteer background checks, tournament registration and e-commerce services. 

SportsSignup’s software engineers and support staff, including those who worked for LeagueToolbox, are collaborating to offer a single, fully-integrated online sports management solution to all customers later this year.
